Student Organizations or Recognized Clubs use this form to indicate their interest in using our facilities. Please read, print, and sign the Catering and Kitchen Use policy and upload it to this form. Our team will be in touch within 2 business days. Please note: We require that you have the WA State Food Handler's permits for all participating club or organization members.
