Important information during COVID-19:

  • Please call us at (509) 963-1881 to make an appointment (rather than coming to the building to schedule in-person).
  • We are seeing patients by appointment only.
  • All students, staff and visitors (including those that are fully vaccinated) entering the Student Health Services building are still required to wear a mask per CDC guidelines.

Please come to your appointment unaccompanied; do not bring a friend. If you require a caregiver due to a physical disability, we ask that you only bring one person with you to your visit.

Prior to your first visit at SHS, you must visit the Patient Portal to complete the required patient registration forms. Failure to do so may result in your appointment being rescheduled.

COVID-19 Testing

Due to capacity constraints, testing is by appointment only, and is limited to diagnostic (symptomatic), or close contact (exposure). Screening for travel or event attendance is not provided.

Students not previously registered with SimpleReport, must pre-register prior to testing (use local address). To register, please visit SimpleReport.
