Capital Planning and Projects is a division under the Vice President of Finance and Administration and is responsible for the planning, coordination, and execution of major capital projects funded by the state, as well as the coordinated execution of major auxiliary projects such as residence halls or athletic complexes. Capital Planning and Projects is committed to the improvement of the student experience by providing world class building environments that create an atmosphere of equity and belonging. Other responsibilities include coordination of Minor Works projects with Facilities Management, organizing and submitting funding requests to the state, and developing and tracking of the Capital Master plan.
