CWU Talent Award(s) - Freshmen, Transfer and Continuing Students
The Department of Theatre Arts regularly has several scholarships ranging from $1,000 to full tuition for each academic school year. This award money can only be credited to the recipients CWU account and will be distributed in equal installments over three quarters.
Who Can Apply?
All incoming freshmen, transfer students, or continuing CWU theatre majors can apply. Awards are based on outstanding talent, prior service and experience in all aspects of theatre. Students must register as Theatre Arts majors, and maintain major status in good standing, in order to continue the award each quarter. Award-winning theatre majors in good standing are expected to maintain a GPA of 3.0 or better in classes taken to maintain good standing as a theater major. All the rules and regulations are outlined in the Department Student Handbook.
Complete the award application packet as outlined in the instructions, and return prior to the deadline.
