"As someone who has attended lots of training, I found the EQ for Professionals course one of the very best educational experiences I've ever experienced. It was the combination of research data, scientific information, and operational strategies that made the difference. I can't recommend this course enough!"
Staci Sleigh-Layman, Executive Director
Central Washington University Human Resources Dept.
"I can't begin to express the impact the Emotional Intelligence for Professionals course has had on me professional and personally. I enrolled in the course during a career transition. This course allowed me to step back and analyze my current level of emotional intelligence, strengths/weaknesses, values, passions and aspirations. The 360-analysis allowed me to gain feedback from others to become even more self-aware. This work was critical in determining my next chapter and a role that aligned with my values and strengths. I've continued to utilize the syllabus and course learnings on a daily basis. Andy & Liz delivered the content and modules to easily understand and apply to our daily lives. They have continued to provide support, even outside the course and I see them both as mentors. I would highly recommend this course and feel the content is applicable for any professional or student."

"Emotional Intelligence for Professionals has helped me to connect with others better. As I am on the spectrum and have had difficulties connecting with others in the past. It has shown me that even though I see the world differently than others, we can still have things in common, and commonality is a good first place to start."
