  • Promote a culture of physical excellence by strengthening cadets’ fitness, discipline, and overall readiness for military service.
  • Consistently uphold and exceed Air Force ROTC professional standards through accountability, high performance, and exemplary conduct.
  • Grow the Cadet Wing by engaging motivated students across all academic disciplines, with focused outreach to technical programs.
  • Elevate cadet excellence through individualized mentorship that strengthens academic success and confidence.
