Equipment Loan Program Update
The Equipment Loan Program is only available to students majoring in Science and Mathematics Education or the STEM Teaching Program. We are unable to support checkouts to other departments or non-CWU community members.
As you step into the bustling lab, you can't help but notice the meticulously arranged shelves of scientific equipment, neatly labeled and sorted. This is the equipment checkout for your science education studies. With each piece of apparatus representing a different experiment, you're in awe of the array of beakers, microscopes, test tubes, and more. You sign out the equipment you need, making sure to handle each piece with the respect its purpose demands. You feel the excitement build as you check out a microscope for your biology assignment or a set of beakers for that chemistry experiment. The process of checking out these tools of inquiry makes you feel part of the grand tradition of scientific discovery. It's not just a formality, it's an acknowledgement of the responsibility that comes with the exploration and understanding of the natural world.
