IT Management's Minors and Certs

Project Management Minor/Certificate

The Project Management minor equips students with the skills to lead and coordinate projects across a wide range of industries. As organizations increasingly rely of effective project planning and execution, this program prepares students to meet that demand with practical knowledge and real-world tools.

Students learn the principles of project planning, leadership, and communication. Courses emphasize both technical and interpersonal skills, providing a strong foundation for managing teams, timelines, and resources in dynamic environments.

This minor complements any major and is especially valuable for students pursuing careers in business, technology, construction, healthcare, education, and the nonprofit sector.
