About Hospitality, Tourism, and Event Management
The HTE program is focused on Hospitality, Tourism, and Event Management with specializations in each of the three areas, and Wine Studies is focused on wine management with two specializations, Wine Industry Management and Global Wine Studies.
Both the HTE and WINE programs offer degrees as majors and minors, and our programs provide options for industry-focused certificates.
Mission
The mission of the Hospitality, Tourism, and Events Department is to provide outstanding educational opportunities for our students. Our HTE program is dedicated to preparing a diverse community of students to become successful professionals who aspire to leadership roles in the fields of hospitality, tourism, and events management.
