CWU’s Hospitality, Tourism, and Event Management program, beginning in 1947, was the first of its kind at a college or university in Washington state. Today, the degree prepares students for careers in one of the top three industries in Washington State and the world.

Study Abroad

Our Hospitality, Tourism, and Event Management program offers students the opportunity to study abroad with CWU faculty. These trips, full of rich experiences and global perspectives, take place in many different countries lasting between 10-16 days.
