Parenting Group
Thank you for your interest in the parenting groups offered for free through the Family Resource Center! We typically begin programs in January, April, and October.
We are not able to offer parenting groups from September 2024 - June 2025. However, you can complete the form below if you're interested in joining our waiting list. We'll be in touch after June 2025 with details of the next group.
Parenting Groups
The Incredible Years: The Incredible Years parenting program aims to improve problem child behaviors by helping parents strengthen their relationships with their children, set appropriate rules and limits, and use effective discipline. The preschool program is aimed at helping parents with children ages 2-6 years old, but any parent can benefit from the training. All parents are welcome to participate!
Circle of Security: The Circle of Security program aims to help parents better support their children's expression of emotion and foster self-esteem. Parents will learn skills to strengthen their bond with their child.
Childcare
Childcare is provided for free during the groups.
