Multimodal Education
Poster Printing
About Posters:
The Multimodal Education Center is equipped with a Canon TM 305 Large Scale Printer to print posters for presentations, SOURCE, or personal use. Create high quality posters using our design-focused computers, which feature the full Adobe Suite, in Samuelson 126. Follow our easy-to-use poster submission tool included below. Please note, we are not a professional printing office. We do our best but we cannot guarantee perfect color matching, etc. If you need that level of printing, we recommend you explore your printing options in town or online.
The largest we can print is 36 inches along one side (e.g. we can print 36" x 48" but we couldn't print 37" x 48"). You can usually know the size of your image within the program you use to create it (e.g. PowerPoint, Photoshop, Acrobat). Designing your image at the size you wanted it printed is the best way to ensure that your poster will look exactly how you would like it to. You can check the actual size of your image using this online tool.

Submission Tips
We will print image files submitted in PNG or JPG formats. Make certain the dimensions of the image you submit are exactly the dimensions you want printed. We will not print either PDFs or PPTX file types. Convert any PDFs or PowerPoints to either a JPG or PNG file. We recommend no less than 3600 x 5400 pixels for a 24" x 36" print. If you simply need an image from Google or the like printed, an easy way to do so is to limit your search to include only "large" images.
Please Note: There is a minimum turnaround time of 72 business hours from the time that MEC Staff receive your submission until it will be printed
