About Us
The North Central Washington EOC program is funded 100% by the Department of Education and serves 850 participants per year in three counties: Chelan, Douglas, and Okanogan.
Please complete and submit the TRIO NCW EOC Intake Form. The intake will take about 8-10 minutes to complete. Once your intake has been processed an EOC staff member will contact you to schedule an appointment.

Objectives

Objective 1
35% of participants served during the project year, who do not have a secondary school diploma or its equivalent, will receive a secondary school diploma or its equivalent during the project year.

Objective 2
22% of participants who graduate from secondary school and are not already enrolled in a postsecondary education program will enroll in a postsecondary education program immediately following participation in an NCW-EOC or will have received notification, by the fall semester, of acceptance but deferred enrollment until the next academic semester (e.g. spring semester).

Objective 3
26% of participants served during the project year who are not already enrolled in a postsecondary education program and who: 1) are high school seniors; 2) are high school graduates; or 3) have obtained a high school equivalency certificate, will apply for financial aid during the project year.

Objective 4
24% of participants served during the project year who are not already enrolled in a postsecondary education program and who: 1) are high school seniors; 2) are high school graduates; or 3) have obtained a high school equivalency certificate, will apply for college admission during the project year.
