(The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator is a registered trademark of Consulting Psychologists Press, Inc.) It will take you approximately 15 minutes to complete. Results come back to you immediately. It is linked with the Bureau of Labor Statistics Occupational Outlook Handbook site, which will provide you with detailed information (work environment, training, salary, etc.) on thousands of types of careers.

    To get started:

    Strong Interest Inventory

If you would like to know which of your interests matches with certain occupations, please make an appointment with a counselor to discuss taking the Strong Interest Inventory. The Strong is taken online; however, you will first need to make an appointment with one of CWU's Career Counselors. They will give you the instructions for the test and then you will meet with them again to go over the results.

Both of these assessments have been around for many years and their results are well researched and documented.
