Policy
(1) Display.
A. The US flag, at all times, will be raised, lowered, and displayed according to the protocol outlined in the US Flag Code, Title 4, United States Code, Chapter 1.
B. The only flags that may be flown atop Barge Hall are the US flag, the flag of the State of Washington, and the Central Washington University flag.
(2) Lowering.
A. Central Washington University flags will be lowered to half-staff at the direction of the Office of the Governor of the State of Washington or at the direction of the president of CWU.
