(1) Recognizing CWU’s statewide presence, the Student Medical and Counseling Clinic, as required by law and upon receiving information from any Central Washington University site will report any suspected or known communicable disease to the appropriate County Health Department. Following identification of a communicable disease outbreak and confirmation by the appropriate County Health Department, the Student Medical and Counseling Clinic, in cooperation with local, state, and national agencies (as necessary) will implement the Communicable Disease Outbreak Plan.
