Policy
(1) Disposition of Firearms: In accordance with WAC 106-124-700, any firearms abandoned, seized, forfeited or otherwise in the possession of the University Police and Public Safety, other than those provided to law enforcement officers, shall be destroyed in accordance with the requirements of relevant provisions of the law of the state of Washington.
