What We Do

Manage & Facilitate Student Enrollment

At the Registrar's office we handle term activation for students, assigning enrollment appointments, applying and removing service indicators related to holds and ensure that students meet pre-requisites for courses.

We also provide students with transcripts, enrollment verifications, and host events regarding registration and graduations. 

Note: While we can assist with registering for classes, we are not qualified to provide advising information, so please reach out to your advisor or refer to the university catalog.

Transfer Articulation

We manage transfer credit articulation, which determines course equivalency so that we can assist students and recruiters with seeing how previously earned credits will transfer to CWU.

Manage the Audit and Conferral Process for Undergraduate Graduation

Our office performs multiple degree audits to keep the student and their advisor informed of their process towards receiving their diploma. 

Note: Commencement is SEPARATE from Graduation, to register for Commencement you may do so through the Commencement Office.

Update & Maintain the University Catalog

We facilitate the collection and maintenance of policies, cirriculum, and processes that are listed in the university catalog.
