2026-2027 Updates for the CWU Strategic Plan
In the July 17-18, 2026 Board of Trustees meeting, the Board charged the President and the university community with updating the strategic plan, including streamlining our work given the enrollment and budget challenges that we face.
During the July Board of Trustees meeting, the President provided a presentation on the progress of our strategic plan goals and initiatives and data for this report.
In the fall 2026 quarter, we will develop a Steering Committee for this process. Steering Committee members include:

The President is reaching out to Shared Governance leaders to determine who will be included on the Steering Committee.
