Central Washington University uses and has available to all faculty, staff, and students, Qualtrics Online Survey Software, to be used on University projects. Qualtrics is free for students, faculty, and staff and allows users to build, send and analyze surveys in a secure environment. Qualtrics allows you to It has a large list of advanced features, yet it is easy for even novice survey software users to navigate.

1. Click the "Create an Account with Qualtrics" button below
2. Click don't have an account
3. Enter your email, but leave the access code blank
4. You will receive an email to verify your account.
Note: If you wish to sign up for a Qualtrics account, make sure to use your CWU email address as the user name.
