Institutional Effectiveness
Our Mission
Through collaboration with campus partners and data stewards, Institutional Effectiveness, Research, and Planning (IERP) provides accurate and timely information about the university’s students, faculty, and staff to inform strategic decisions by the university’s executive leadership and other academic and administrative units. IERP also fulfills external reporting requirements to state and federal stakeholders and to non-governmental organizations.
Data Requests by CWU faculty, staff and students should be submitted via the Team Dynamix ticketing system.
External Requests for public records must be submitted to Business Services.
