CWU Virtual Labs:

Central provides access to a virtual lab environment for all enrolled students.  If you are enrolled, your CWU account will grant access from anywhere you have internet access to a workspace where you’ll find both individual applications and a Windows Lab Desktop.  Some of your courses may require specific software that is only available with a CWU license, we provide student access to that software via the Windows Virtual Desktop where available.

Instructions regarding the Virtual Labs

Access to the Virtual Labs via the web client—This link provides access to available lab workspaces and software.  Please note: Access to department-specific programs that need a higher graphics processor may be accessible via department request to the GPU Virtual Lab.

Access to the Virtual Labs via either the Windows or Mac Remote Desktop Client Application, sign in with your CWU credentials.

CWU Campus Computer Labs:

Printing via WEPA kiosk:

Enrolled students receive a $15 credit/quarter to use for WEPA printing. WEPA Kiosk print-release stations are located in many academic buildings on the Ellensburg campus. View kiosk locations (search CWU or 98926). In addition, below the map are locations in table format. WEPA Kiosks are like using an ATM machine. You can send your print to the Wepa cloud and then release it from any Wepa Kiosk within 6 days. You can also print via your mobile phone or from a flash drive directly connected to the kiosk.
