Life Insurance Coverage - MetLife

Administered by the PEBB Health Care Authority.

The PEBB Program offers life insurance through MetLife, Plan number 164995-1-G. The certificate of coverage is available on the MetLife website.

Benefits-eligible faculty and staff receive $35,000 life insurance coverage and $5,000 accidental death and dismemberment (AD&D) coverage at no cost. Supplemental coverage may be purchased.
