Indoor Air Quality

EH&S and Facilities Management provide support to evaluate and mitigate concerns with indoor air quality. The goal is to maintain indoor air quality within acceptable levels according to regulatory requirements and consensus guidelines.

The following indoor air quality concerns should be referred to the Facilities Management Department at x3000 or by filing a work request.

  • Temperature or humidity problems
  • Draftiness
  • Lack of air or "stuffy" air
  • Dirt or particulates coming from your venting system
  • Housekeeping

All other indoor air quality concerns may be directed to EH&S at x2255 or by Email. Typical concerns may involve:

  • Unusual odors such as chemical smells and vehicle exhaust
  • Visible mold growth
  • Unusual or irritating noise
