Laboratory and Research Safety
The Laboratory & Research Safety section provides programs and services to support the teaching and research enterprise for Central Washington University. Several programs carry out responsibilities supporting university oversight and safety committees such as the Biosafety Committee, Chemistry Safety Committee, and the Institutional Animal Care and Use Committee (IACUC). Other programs and services provide broad regulatory compliance assistance and assurance such as controlled substances, research area inspections, and training.
