CWU Trustees to Hold Special Virtual Meeting on Friday

The Central Washington University Board of Trustees will hold a special meeting on Friday, January 30, 2026, as allowed by RCW 42.30.090.

The meeting will begin with a virtual Executive Session from 8:00 to 8:30 a.m. to review the performance of the President related to his goals and initiatives. The business meeting will begin at approximately 8:30 a.m. and will be held on Zoom; individuals may watch the meeting via a webinar or in Barge Hall 304 on the Ellensburg campus.

As allowed under RCW 42.30.110 (1)(g), the meeting will begin with an executive session at 8:00 a.m. Pacific Standard Time (PST). The executive session is expected to last approximately 30 minutes. The business meeting will commence immediately following the executive session. Among the first items on the agenda will be an opportunity for public comment.

Rules pertaining to the public comment period are available at cwu.edu/trustees. Public commenters who intend to participate in person should arrive in Barge 304 at 8:30 a.m. on Friday, January 30. All public commenters (both in person and online) must identify themselves and the topic to be addressed.
