CWU Trustees to meet in Ellensburg May 15-16

The Central Washington University Board of Trustees will hold its quarterly meeting May 15-16, 2025, in Ellensburg. The meeting is open to the public.

On Thursday, May 15, Board and Executive Leadership Team members will attend a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony for the Wildcat Pantry at 11:15 a.m. Pacific Daylight Time (PDT) and a social lunch at 12:00 p.m. (PDT); no business will be conducted.

Following lunch, the regular business meeting will convene at 1:15 p.m. PDT at the Moehring Event Center on the CWU campus. Among the first items on the agenda will be an opportunity for public comment.

Rules pertaining to the public comment period are available at cwu.edu/trustees. To participate in the public comment period, speakers must identify themselves and the topic to be addressed via email to cwu.president@cwu.edu by Tuesday, May 13, at 5 p.m. PDT.

Board members will attend a social dinner at approximately 6 p.m. PDT; no business will be conducted.

On Friday, May 16, the regular business meeting will convene at 9 a.m. PDT at Moehring Event Center and will continue until approximately noon.
