CWU to host night of remembrance and inspiration

Central Washington University will be presenting a special Martin Luther King Jr. Remembrance program on Thursday, January 23, in the SURC Theatre.

This 6:30-8 p.m. event will pay tribute to the enduring legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., featuring a vocal performance by CWU Benefits Specialist Melany Peterson and brief keynote by Andre Dickerson, a CWU alumnus and current Assistant Dean of Students for the University of Washington’s Foster School of Business. 

The title of Dickerson’s address is: “Living the Dream: Preparing Today for Tomorrow’s Freedom.”
