Wendy Cook
Associate Professor
Dr. Wendy Cook received her bachelor’s degree in psychology, specializing in workplace discrimination. Her PhD in Business Administration was earned at the University of Washington, where she minored in Communications and Research Methods. She researches student success, focusing on diversity and inclusivity in the classroom. She is a disarming and kind communicator who actively listens and supports students with unconditional positive regard. Her infectiously energetic demeanor creates a cascading leadership effect, ensuring that students know they matter and that they all are leaders. Dr. Cook is a driven innovator who continuously seeks out opportunities for growth and improvement in her teaching. The success of every student is at the core of Dr. Cook’s teaching and research.
