About Me


 

Background:
         

Ryan Cahalan graduated from Florida Southern College with a degree in Accounting and Finance. He also won a NCAA Baseball National Championship during his time there. He then went to Stetson College of Law to attain his JD and MBA degrees. Then he went to the University of Washington to earn an LLM in Taxation. After that he took a position at Deloitte Tax LLP, where he worked for three years.

Prof. Cahalan then transitioned to academia, first teaching three years at the University of Northern Colorado before teaching two years at Florida Southern College. He has been at Central Washington University since the Fall of 2018.

Prof. Cahalan is married to Megan and has two kids, Layla and Addi.
