Residence Hall Accommodations for Summer Session Students

Residence hall accommodations are available this summer for those students living on campus for a minimum of the six-week session. Rooms in the residence halls are furnished but students need to provide all accessories needed while living in the hall.

Students attending the university during both the summer and academic terms may apply for a twelve-month contract in the residence halls by calling 1-888-CWU-HOME (1-888-298-4663). Students requiring accommodations for less than one term should contact the CWU Conference Program at 1-800-752-4379.

Apartments

Central offers apartments to full time students and their families. Apartment sizes vary to include studios, one-, two- and three bedroom apartments to fit the needs of undergraduates, nontraditional students and families. Apartments are unfurnished and are rented on a month-to-month basis to full-time students. Campus apartments are a popular choice of many students because of their close location to classes, attractive rental rates, and well-maintained facilities. There may be a waiting period before an apartments becomes available. Students interested in campus apartments need to fill out an application at University Housing and New Student Programs.
