To Submit Materials Digitally
A single file can be uploaded to the Central Access Solution system for each request.
If you need to upload multiple files follow the steps below.
- Go to: WeTransfer ( You may need to click "Take me to Free")
- Upload your files at: + Add files
- Friend's email: CentralAccess@cwu.edu
- Your email: your email address
- Press Transfer to send your files to us.

Some things to keep in mind when sending hard copy materials:
- If you are sending or plan to send hard-copy materials, be mindful of shipping method, which can greatly affect delivery date.
- Package tracking is highly recommended.
- All bound materials are de-bound after estimate approval.
You will receive an estimate for your project within approximately 2-3 business days via email.
Processing
When Central Access receives your materials, you will be sent an estimate. Estimates then need to be approved by you, you can do this by logging into Central Access Solutions. Processing will begin upon approval of the estimate.
Turnaround Time
The turnaround time for projects varies based on type of format, difficulty of material and date received. Most e-text and PC audio projects are complete in two to three weeks. Please allow more time for materials received immediately, prior to, or after the start of a new term. Materials can be hosted in installments, allowing for faster access to immediately required materials. Rush fees may apply to orders with a quick turnaround time.
