Aviation Living Learning Community Mission

The purpose of the Aviation Living Learning Community is to help develop and enhance a sense of community and support for those students involved in the major. Quiet study settings, mentoring between upperclassmen, and tutoring amongst residents are all aspects of this academically based living learning environment. Students will be able to further their career ambitions by connecting with industry partners. In addition, students will develop close connections with faculty, flight instructors, and peers through experiential learning and social events.


The Aviation LLC is housed in Wendell Hill Hall B on the north side of campus. This hall is set up for suite style living with double rooms with a bathroom, two double rooms with a shared bathroom, and four single rooms with a shared bathroom layouts. Requirements for entry into the Living Learning Community

Students must be admitted into the Aviation program in order to be a part of this LLC.
To apply to the Aviation LLC, simply select it while filling out your housing application, and Housing Services will contact the Aviation department to verify your eligibility to live in the LLC.
