Before your first visit to SHS, you must visit the Patient Portal to complete the required patient registration forms. Failure to do so may result in your appointment being rescheduled.
Student Health Services has updated its Masking Protocol
Mask continues to be required in the following circumstances:
- If you have any signs or symptoms of respiratory illness
- If you have experienced a high-risk exposure
In all other circumstances, masks are now at Student Health Services
Any individual who prefers to mask where masking is optional should feel free to continue masking. We will honor any patient request that staff masks while providing direct patient care.
