Submission Information:

March 1, Friday, at 12:00 pm (noon) -- The SOURCE 2013 Abstract Submission site opens.

March 11, Monday, at 12:00 pm (noon) -- Deadline for 2013 Business Plan Competition submissions.

April 5, Friday, at 12:00 pm (noon) -- Deadline for all SOURCE 2013 submissions.  Abstract Submission site closes.

Additional important dates:

May 15, Wednesday from 5 to 8 p.m -- Pre-load of presentations and posters outside SURC ballroom.

May 16, Thursday, from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. -- SOURCE 2013 in the SURC on the Ellensburg campus.  SOURCE 2013 will be held all day on Thursday, May 16th in the Student Union and Recreation Center (SURC) on the Ellensburg campus and at associated dates to be announced later at the University Centers.

May 22, Wednesday from 12 to 1pm -- Awards Ceremony in the SURC Pit. Due to the large number of presentations that must be reviewed, award notifications will be sent to students and their faculty mentors on the Monday after SOURCE.

Dates for the Business Plan Competition: 

March 11, Monday, at 12:00 pm (noon) -- Deadline for 2013 Business Plan Competition submissions.

March 20, Wednesday -- Authors of meritorious abstract submissions will be notified to submit a full written business plan by 12:00 pm (noon) on April 11.

April 26, Friday -- Authors of meritorious business plans will be notified that their plans have been accepted for an oral presentation at SOURCE 2013 on Thursday, May 16 in the SURC on the Ellensburg campus.
