The mission of the Department of Public Affairs is to tell the world about the remarkable people, programs, and accomplishments at CWU. We help staff, students, and faculty communicate their successes, opportunities, and discoveries to key audiences. The Public Affairs staff are eager to hear about your program, your students, your research, and your service.
The Department of Public Affairs coordinates and sets standards for communication with external audiences on behalf of the university. Our goal is to ensure the highest standards of communication across all platforms: web-based media, video, print, and more. The Department of Public Affairs strives to use crisp, clear, and compelling media to communicate with all audiences: elected officials, business leaders, prospective students, students, faculty, alumni, and others.
Please call us at 509-963-1221 to find out how we can help you communicate with the people you need to reach.
