COMING FALL 2015! CWU-ROC
The "CWU-ROC" is a housing and community project built with the idea that students in recovery have a place to call their own. The program has two components; the first is community outreach to support and engage students in recovery and second is housing designed to meet the wellness and recovery goals that celebrates student's decisions to be in recovery from substance abuse and addiction.
The project is housed in Green Hall on the north side of campus. The residential program has single and multiple student rooms, a large lobby, manager's office, and available clinical/program meeting space and will be open to six or more students. Green Hall is also the location of North Village Café for convenient on-campus dining. Students applying to live here will have access to faculty and staff focused on recovery and wellness, live with other students in recovery, and participate in activities and programs focused on recovery and academic success.
All interested students are encouraged to attend this informational meeting during orientation to discuss the goals of the program and answer any questions regarding available space and community expectations.
