Management

Successful businesses demand students with strong analytical, functional, leadership, teamwork, critical thinking, and communication skills.  A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration is designed to develop these competencies and prepare students for entry-level business positions.  Students learn an integrated, well-rounded business curriculum while specializing in a functional area:  Human Resource Management, Management and Organization, Marketing, or General Business.  The Department of Management also offers a Certificate in Sport Business, and a Business Minor designed to accompany non-business majors.
Post-graduate employment opportunities range from small, entrepreneurial ventures, to entry-level positions with Fortune 500 companies.  The B.S.B.A. can also serve as a foundation for pursuing graduate education.
