Here you will find links to informative web sites, places on campus and in the community to get assistance, and information about the Center for Student Empowerment’s specially tailored programs for “non-trads”.

According to the U.S. Department of Education and the University Continuing Education Association, the fastest growing population of college students are 25 and over and are working and/or supporting a family. This is true at Central Washington University as well. Nontraditional student numbers at Central significantly increased over the years. Approximately 22% of students on CWU’s main campus are non-traditional students. Many resources are available to non-traditional students through the Empowerment Center:
