Graduate Ceremony Registration
You are eligible to participate in the Graduate Hooding and Commencement Ceremony if you completed a Master's or Education Specialist degree in the summer or fall of 2023, winter of 2024, or have applied to graduate spring or summer quarter of 2024.
To participate in this ceremony, you must have a Final Folder Check (application for graduation) on file with the School of Graduate Studies and Research. The Floder Check request form is found within the Graduate School Thesis or Graduate School Nonthesis & Certificates Canvas courses. To confirm your Master’s or Education Specialist degree completion status, contact the School of Graduate Studies and Research at (509) 963-3101 or by email at masters@cwu.edu.
If you plan to participate in this ceremony, please complete the registration form, which will be open on April 15, 2024. Please note: applying to graduate (final folder check request) with the School of Graduate Studies and Research and registering for Commencement are two separate processes.
