Waivers for Non-Resident Online Students
Matriculated students who are being charged Non-Resident tuition and who are taking only classes online may qualify for a waiver.
For more information on programs and classes, please visit the CWU Online Learning page.
Important Information
- There is no separate application to be considered for this waiver. Recipients are determined using CWU enrollment data.
- The amount of the waiver is based on the exact amount of credits an eligible student is enrolled in each quarter. As a result, the online waivers will disburse after the Add/Drop period to allow students time to fully enroll. There is no minimum credit requirement.
- Class modality must be coded as "online" for students to be considered for the waiver. In the Class Details, it must be designated Instruction Mode: Online. The Scholarships Office is not responsible for changing class modality. Please contact your academic department for assistance.
