Become a judge for SOURCE!

What will a SOURCE judge do? It's simple for you but very valuable for students! Offering judged presentation sessions creates the professional, juried, and beneficial environment that many students strive to experience before concluding their graduate and undergraduate careers.

Who can be SOURCE judges?

  • Faculty/Mentors
  • Staff/Administrators
  • CWU Alumni with professional backgrounds
  • Graduate Students (Only for undergraduate presentations)
  • Community members with professional backgrounds

Descriptions:

Types of Judging Form (Click on each form to check): You need to submit your judging form via online judging form!!!

1: For Oral Presentations (If you are judging recorded presentations, please use this form)
2: For Poster Presentations
3: For the Fashion Design Exhibition
4: For Creative Expression

Judging options

Option 1: Get judging forms at the check-in and judge. Then, complete a SOURCE online judging form in the command room (SURC 273 or Library 290B) or at your locations.

Option 2: Bring your laptop or tablet to complete the online judging form during the session.

Dues to the judging form:

- 8 pm on May 14 for the recorded presentations, which will be available online on May 11.
- 8 pm on May 15 for the oral presentations on May 15.
- 8 pm on May 16 for the poster presentations on May 16.

Judging steps:


Step 1: Check in SOURCE (You can have judging forms at the check-in).
Step 2: Find a room for the session. If you have trouble finding the room, SOURCE volunteers can help you.
Step 3: Enjoy judging.
Step 4: If you use judging forms at check-in, please come to the command room (SURC 273 or Library 290B) to fill out the online judging form. If you have difficulty in filling out, SOURCE volunteers can help.
Step 5: Submit the online forms before 8 pm on the day of your judging.

Please attend a volunteer training session (30 mins. Optional.)!
