Research
My research background is in canid ecology, more specifically, North American wolves, coyotes, and dogs. Previously, I used stable isotopes, geometric morphometrics, and mitochondrial DNA sequencing to explore themes of historical niche partitioning, the prevalence of hybridization, and how hybridization and resource use influences cranial morphology. I aim to continue my work on North American canids and expand into new territories with an emphasis on utilizing stable isotope and geometric morphometric techniques.
