The CWU Veterans Center can provide information and guidance to veterans, active duty, national guard or reserve members, dependents, and others regarding questions on Veteran Education Benefits. Our office also serves as the VA certifying official for CWU students. We suggest that you contact our office as early as possible before attending CWU to begin the process of setting up VA education benefits.

We are excited to learn about your interest in Central Washington University! To apply for admission, please click here. To receieve important information on getting ready to use VA or other military education benefits before you are admitted, complete the Prospective Student Information Form There is no reason to wait to be admitted to begin the process of applying for your VA Education Benefit. You can apply online at the VA Website. If you would like to learn more about the different VA education benefits, you will want to use the GI Bill® Comparison Tool.

To begin the process of using VA Education Benefits or to be considered for a tuition waiver or grant, please complete the New Student Information Form. It is important to apply for the VA Education Benefit you intend to use, if you have not already done so. To begin the process of applying for your VA Education Benefit, you can apply online at the VA Website.
