Get ready for Central's annual youth basketball tournament

Are you ready for Santa Hoops? This thrilling event offers young athletes a chance to showcase their skills against regional basketball teams across the state and compete against teams in a competitive bracket. Ranging from 4th grade to 8th, this tournament is an experience to remember. The 1st place winners will receive T-shirts and medals, and both the 1st and 2nd place teams will qualify for the Washington State Basketball Championship. 2024 Schedule


  • Weekend One

    Weekend One: Scheduled for November 23rd and 24th.

    The first weekend of Santa Hoops is dedicate to girl athletes. Registration opens on September 1st and closes on November 1st, with no late entries accepted. The team registration fee is $350, and each team is guaranteed to play at least 4 games. Saturday will feature pool play, while Sunday will see single elimination bracket play. Local teams have the option to play a pool game on Friday evening upon request. To lock a division, a minimum of 4 teams per grade is required. If a division has fewer than 4 teams, refunds will be issued

  • Weekend Two

    Weekend Two: Scheduled December 7th and 8th.

    The second weekend is for boy basketball teams. Registration for this weekend is also from September 1st, but it extends until November 15th. In case a division needs an additional team, the deadline may be extended by one week. The format remains the same, with a $350 team registration fee and a guarantee of 4 games per team. Saturday is pool play, and Sunday is single elimination bracket play. Local teams can request to play a pool game on Friday evening. A minimum of 4 teams per grade is required to lock a division, and refunds will be issued for divisions with fewer than 4 teams.
