Letter of nomination must be submitted electronically to the FACULTY SENATE at Senate@cwu.edu.

Review the guidelines carefully in order to choose the most suitable category for your candidate.
Candidates may be nominated in more than one category, but may receive only one award.
ORIGINAL LETTERS OF NOMINATION MUST BE RECEIVED IN THE FACULTY SENATE OFFICE BY: 5:00 P.M., Thursday, DECEMBER 1, 2021
[Supporting files due by: 5:00 P.M. Wednesday, February 1, 2022] Files must be submitted electronically; no hard copies will be accepted. If you are unable to submit the electronic files via email, please arrange a time to submit the electronic files in person.
