The Contracts, Purchasing, and Surplus department office is located in Mitchell Hall on the 2nd Floor, East End. Hours of operation are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, excluding University holidays. This department can assist with processes related to contract intake and review; accounts payable; bid opportunities; reseller permits; CWU e-purchase; and surplus and assets management, in addition to many additional areas. The Internal Audit department can address questions about university policies and federal and state regulation. This department also provides consultation in areas relating to cash handling, conflict of interest, compliance, and operational internal controls.
