Join this workshop to learn how to navigate your post-grad career and balance your personal and professional life. Learn best practices for approaching interviews and gain recruiting insights from corporate hiring. Discover how to build and lead impactful teams, as well as the networking and mentorship you'll need along the way. Take away real lessons you can apply no matter the path you take, and be inspired by the journey to help guide your own.

More About Matt: Matt Lockmon is a 2008 Central Washington University alumni currently working for a Fortune 50 company in Marketing and Program Management. His career journey has spanned from broadcast radio for companies like CBS and iHeartRadio as a DJ and on-air talent, digital marketing for local startups, sales enablement and digital marketing consulting, to helping build a center of excellence and social media engine at Microsoft where he's been for the last 9 years. He's currently working on Microsoft's customer evidence program that creates stories and case studies about global companies achieving more with Microsoft technology. His experience across marketing, communications, program management and consulting has been centered around reaching different audiences and helping companies operationalize the way to do it. Matt was born and raised in Washington and lives in south King County with his wife and 3 kids. His hobbies include coaching, basketball, hiking, golf, music, & traveling with his family.
