Alfred Russel Wallace: Radical by Nature

As part of our Darwin Day 2024 celebration, the CWU Dept. of Biological Sciences is hosting a webinar presentation by Dr. Jim Costa, the Executive Director and Professor of Biology at Western Carolina University's Highlands Biological Station. He will speak on the life and research of Alfred Russel Wallace, a naturalist and collector who arrived at the concept of evolution by natural selection independently of Charles Darwin. We will commune together in Dean Hall to view his talk, with coffee and treats served at 11:45am.  Please join us!
