Field Experience Clearance
CWU provides a wide range of opportunities for students to engage with K-12 students in the community and in the classroom. Whether the placement is formal or informal, individual or in groups, there are two required items for you to engage in this work:
- Liability insurance that must be renewed every academic year
- Fingerprints with a background check on file with OSPI valid for two calendar years
Without both of these items you will no be able to put your learning into practice with our partner schools.
